Semi-Automatic Bottle Washing Machine
Compact, robust rotary multi-station container washing system featuring indexed Geneva drive, multi-stage internal/external water and air washing, ideal for pilot plants, R&D labs, and versatile medium-batch production.
Description & Operating Principle
HMEC’s Semi-Automatic Bottle Washing Machine provides an efficient, cost-effective, and hygienic container cleaning solution for operations that require multi-format container flexibility without the high capital investment of large inline systems. Built on a heavy-duty rotary Geneva index platform, the machine features rotating cup holders or inverted pocket discs.
An operator manually places inverted bottles or vials into custom cup pockets on the loading station. The indexed rotary table automatically steps through multiple distinct washing zones—delivering sequential high-pressure sprays of tap/raw water, recirculated water, demineralized water, and compressed air blow-off. Stationary spray nozzles provide vigorous internal scrubbing while upper spray bars rinse external surfaces. Cleaned containers rotate back to the unloading position for easy operator pickup or transfer to a drying tray.
Target Applications & Industries
Perfect for batch production, clinical trial packaging, and flexible contract manufacturing lines:
🧪 Pilot Plants & R&D Facilities
Pharmaceutical and biotech testing laboratories requiring validated small-batch container decontamination.
🧴 Ayurvedic & Herbal Formulations
Small-to-medium batch washing of glass and PET bottles for herbal syrups, drops, and botanical extracts.
💄 Cosmetic & Perfumery Workshops
Essential oil dropper bottles, perfume flacons, and cosmetic glass jars requiring dust-free internal rinsing.
🍯 Food & Specialty Beverages
Artisanal sauces, honey jars, miniature spirits, and sample-size bottles requiring quick format versatility.
Pros & Cons Comparison
