Recirculated Water Wash
High-pressure internal and external spray using filtered recirculated water to flush out loose gross particulates and dust.
Compressed Air Jet
Oil-free compressed air jet blows away loosened debris and evacuates primary wash water from the inverted container.
Purified / Hot Detergent Wash
Secondary deep internal jetting with hot purified water or mild detergent solution to dissolve stubborn oily or chemical films.
Intermediate Air Jet
High-velocity compressed air purge to eliminate residual detergent water before entering the sterile final rinse zone.
Fresh WFI Final Rinse
High-pressure rinse using fresh Water For Injection (WFI) or demineralized water for sterile pyrogen-free compliance.
