Description & Operating Principle
HMEC Automatic Self-Adhesive Sticker Labeling Machines are state-of-the-art packaging systems engineered for continuous, high-speed application of pressure-sensitive roll-fed labels. Designed to meet strict cGMP sanitary guidelines, the machine accurately handles round cylindrical bottles, vials, ampoules, flat containers, and rectangular jars with flawless label alignment and bubble-free adhesion.
Bottles enter the machine via a variable-speed slat conveyor where a synchronized feed scroll or infeed starwheel spaces them into exact pitch intervals. Optical or ultrasonic sensors detect container presence, triggering a high-torque brushless servo motor to dispense the label web over an ultra-thin stainless steel peel beak. As the label peels off its glassine backing paper, the leading edge meets the container body synchronously. A motorized wrap-around belt or pneumatic sponge roller then presses the label firmly around the container, completing a 360-degree adhesion with repeatability within ±0.5 mm.
