Description & Operating Principle
HMEC Automatic Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machines provide dynamic, full-surface 360-degree container decoration and tamper-evident neck seal protection for contoured, shaped, and asymmetrical bottles, cans, and jars. Utilizing continuous tubular film rolls made from PVC, PETG, OPS, or PLA, this system delivers maximum visual shelf appeal and brand impact.
The continuous flattened tubular film is drawn through an active motorized dancer tension unwind unit and opened over a central precision mandrel bullet. High-speed servo-driven feed rollers advance the tubular sleeve to the exact programmed cut length, where a synchronized high-speed rotary cutting assembly cleanly shears the sleeve. Driven shooting belts propel the open sleeve down over the incoming spaced container. The sleeved container then immediately travels through a multi-zone temperature-regulated steam shrink tunnel or infrared electric tunnel, where uniform heat causes the film to shrink tightly to the exact contours of the container without distortion or wrinkling.
